ชวนทุกคนร่วมลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปิน จำกัดจำนวน 8,900 สิทธิ์ พร้อมร่วมชมการแสดงของแบมแบม, ปอ-อรรณพ และสงกรานต์ รังสรรค์ รวมถึงศิลปินล้านนาที่จะแสดงในงาน Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025 ในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567 ณ อุทยานหลวงราชพฤกษ์ เชียงใหม่
ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วม Exclusive Zone จะได้รับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปิน โดยไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนซ้ำ
📆ลงทะเบียนพร้อมกัน 20 ธันวาคม 2567 เวลา 16.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ถึงวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2567 เวลา 23.59 น.
ผ่าน www.theconcert.com หรือ The Concert Application (ผู้ที่จะลงทะเบียนต้องมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ในระบบ)
💚ขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน
1. ล็อกอินเข้าเว็บไซต์ หรือแอปพลิเคชัน THE CONCERT
2. เลือกกิจกรรมที่ต้องการลงทะเบียน
3. เลือกจำนวนบัตร (จำกัด 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้)
4. ยืนยันข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้งานที่มีข้อมูลครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
– ชื่อ – นามสกุล (ตรงตามบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสสปอร์ต)
– หมายเลขโทรศัพท์
– อีเมล
5. เมื่อลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อย บัตรการเข้าชมจะอยู่ในเมนู “บัตรของคุณ” และได้รับอีเมลยืนยันสิทธิ์
6. ผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนสำเร็จจะได้รับ QR Code ไม่ระบุหมายเลขการเข้าพื้นที่ เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการรับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปินในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567
💚เงื่อนไขการลงทะเบียนและการเข้าร่วมงาน
1. ลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ เพื่อรับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปิน 1 คน 1 ชิ้น และเข้าร่วมงาน Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025 ในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567 จำกัดจำนวน 8,900 สิทธิ์
2. สิทธิ์การลงทะเบียน 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้ ต่อ 1 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นหรือซื้อ-ขายได้ทุกกรณี
3. ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์สามารถมารับริสแบนด์และของที่ระลึกได้ในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567 ตั้งแต่เวลา 9.00 น. – 20.00 น. ณ บริเวณหน้าประตูทางเข้าหลักของอุทยานหลวงราชพฤกษ์ เชียงใหม่
4. ผู้ที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนรอบบัตรทั่วไปนี้ สามารถ walk-in เข้าร่วมงาน Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025 วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2567 ได้ตามปกติ แต่จะไม่ได้รับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปิน
💚หมายเหตุและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ
1. การเข้าชมกิจกรรม “Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025” วันที่ 21-31 ธันวาคม 2567 อุทยานหลวงราชพฤกษ์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ งดเว้นการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับผู้ที่เข้าชมภายหลังเวลา 17.00 น. ขณะที่ผู้ที่เข้าพื้นที่ก่อนเวลาดังกล่าว จะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมตามปกติ
2. เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ ต้องขออภัยหากผู้จัดงานไม่มีเก้าอี้เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวก
3.อนุญาตให้นำอุปกรณ์แท่งไฟ และป้ายไฟขนาดไม่เกิน A4 เข้ามาภายในพื้นที่การจัดงานฯ
4. ห้ามนำอาวุธ ของมีคม และวัตถุอันตรายทุกชนิดเข้ามาในพื้นที่จัดงาน
5.ไม่อนุญาตให้นำเก้าอี้ บันไดทุกรูปแบบ ขาตั้งกล้องหรือไม้เซลฟี่ทุกชนิด เข้ามาภายในบริเวณ Exclusive Zone
6. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่หรือบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในพื้นที่จัดงานทุกกรณี
7. ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าในพื้นที่จัดงาน
8. ขอความร่วมมือไม่นำกระเป๋าเดินทางที่มีขนาดใหญ่เข้าบริเวณงาน
9.ภายในงาน ไม่มีบริการจุดรับฝากของ
10.เพื่อความปลอดภัยและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกท่าน หากพบว่ามีการละเมิดกติกาในการเข้าชม ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายหรือความวุ่นวาย อันส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดงานและผู้เข้าร่วมงานท่านอื่น ๆ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเชิญออกจากพื้นที่
11.ขอความร่วมมือผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ดูแลทรัพย์สินและสิ่งของมีค่าของท่าน หากเกิดการสูญหายระหว่างเข้าร่วมงาน ผู้จัดงานฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบทุกกรณี
12.ทางผู้จัดงานไม่อนุญาตให้นำสิทธิ์ในการรับของที่ระลึกจากศิลปินไปใช้ประโยชน์ทางการค้า,การทำโปรโมชั่นกับสินค้า เช่น การลด แลก แจก แถม
13.ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขใดๆ โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และคำตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดทุกกรณี
Registration is open for those who want to get the exclusive souvenir and attend the “Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025” on 31 December 2024
Let’s register for the exclusive souvenir and join the “Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025” to see special performances from BamBam, Por Unnop, Songkran Rangsan and Lanna artists on 31 December 2024 at the Royal Park Rajapruek, Chiang Mai.
Those who already granted access for the Exclusive Zone will have souvenirs included and do not have to register again.
📆Registration opens on 20 December 2024 at 4:00 PM via www.theconcert.com or The Concert Application (Registrants must have a user account in the system)
Steps to Register
1. Log in to the website ( https://www.theconcert.com/) or THE CONCERT application.
2. Select the event you wish to register for.
3. Limited to 1 ticket per 1 user account.
4. Confirm your personal information.
– Full Name (according to the ID card or passport)
– Phone number
– Email address
(You will be asked to show your ID card or passport to check when entering the Exclusive Zone at the event. The registration name has to be the same as appeared on ID card or passport)
5. Once registered, the tickets will appear in the “Your Tickets” menu. Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
6. Successful registrants will receive a QR Code ,which will serve as proof to collect the wristband on 31 December 2024.
Registration and Participation Terms and Condition Conditions
1. Registration is open for those who want to get the exclusive souvenir and attend the “Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025” in other areas except ‘The Exclusive Zone’ on 31 December, 2024. Souvenir is limited to 8,900 persons.
2. Registration is limited to 1 person per 1 user account, with only 1 registration slot. The registration slot cannot be transferred, bought or sold to others under any circumstances.
3. Those who granted right can collect a wristband and souvenir on 31 December 2024 at the main entrance of the Royal Park Rajapruek, Chiang Mai during 9 AM – 8 PM.
4. Those who did not register for this general ticket can walk-in to join the Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025 event on 31 December 2024, but will not receive the exclusive souvenir.
Notes and Other Terms and Conditions
1. The Royal Park Rajapruek, Chiang Mai has waived entry fee for entry after 5:00PM to those who wishes to attend the Amazing Chiang Mai Countdown 2025” from 21-31 December 2024. However, those entering the park before this time will need to pay the regular admission fee.
2. Due to space limitations, the seating will not be provided at the event.
3. Light sticks and light signs no larger than A4 size are allowed inside the event.
4. Weapons, sharp objects, and any dangerous items are prohibited within the event area.
5. Chairs, ladders, tripods, or selfie sticks of any kind are not allowed in the Exclusive Zone.
6. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in the event area.
7. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the event area.
8. Please refrain from bringing large suitcases into the event.
9. There will be no storage service available at the venue.
10. For the safety and convenience of all participants, anyone found violating the event rules or causing disruption that affects the event or other attendees will be asked to leave the area.
11. Please take care of your personal belongings. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss during the event.
12. The organizers do not permit the use of the general wristband and the exclusive souvenir for commercial purposes, promotions, or product-related discounts, giveaways, or other similar activities.
13. The event organizers reserve the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. All decisions of the event team will be final in all cases.
