Chiang Rai, now a new UNESCO City of Design, is having the Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival as a prelude to celebrate the upcoming Thailand Biennale, Chiang Rai 2023, which will take place on December 9, 2023, until April 30, 2024.
The Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival will take place on November 19 at the Chiang Rai Clock Tower on Banphaprakan Road from 5:00 p.m. onwards. The event will feature artsy processions of artists and communities from 18 districts in Chiang Rai.
